WALTHAM, Mass. – February 12, 2007 – Furniture retailers using Furniture.com’s e-commerce technology and services platform can now enable e-commerce for their independent dealers.
Furniture.com, which provides Internet solutions for Furniture retailers representing nearly $2B in retail sales, views their new Dealer Extranet as an important addition to their offering.

The extranet, launched in November, is being used by 21 independent merchants affiliated with Toronto-based Leon’s Furniture. Leon’s independent merchants select items to sell online from Leon’s online catalog as well as set local pricing for their region. They accept and fulfill online orders, and take advantage of Furniture.com’s advanced CRM systems.
