MICROTEST LABORATORIES – Generating Qualified New Sales Leads

Microtest Laboratories, a leader in life sciences testing services and pharmaceutical contract manufacturing, needed to accelerate the generation of leads for its sales channel.

Tiziani Whitmyre developed an ROI marketing and public relations program that offered a series of white papers as incentives in trade news stories, e-newsletter sponsorships, and print advertisements.  To access the white papers, readers were directed to a landing page where they registered to download the documents.  The registration information was forwarded, in real time, to the inside sales department for immediate follow up.

In addition to publicizing the white papers through press releases and editorial news placements, we used our editorial contacts to publish the white papers as bylined articles in key trade publications.

To generate additional qualified leads, Tiziani Whitmyre developed a new website for Microtest and optimized it for higher search engine rankings.   Within the first 60 days of the website release, traffic grew four times, with 75 percent of the visitors referenced from major search engines. In addition, the white papers were offered throughout the website, which brought additional sales leads to the inside sales team.

In a nine month period the combined marketing and public relations program effort generated more than 1,000 qualified leads for the Microtest sales team.  These leads helped increase Microtest’s testing services revenue by 25% in the first quarter of last year, compared to the previous first quarter.

LIKO NORTH AMERICA, INC. – A Lift for the Hospital Market

Liko North America, Inc. is a world leader in the design, manufacture, and marketing of patient lifting and transferring devices for acute care, long-term care, assisted living, rehabilitative, and home care applications.
