HITACHI – Building brand visibility through public relations

For Hitachi, a manufacturer of technologies whose goal is to provide consumers and businesses with the best product performance available in Hitachi's product categories, the challenge was to build brand visibility.

Our solution: Create an aggressive technology public relations program around announcements covering new products and business practices to increase Hitachi’s brand recognition.  With our strategic outreach and editorial relationships, we coordinated more than 400 separate media opportunities. The results included coverage in more than 50 publications, including horizontal market periodicals such as PC Magazine and PC World, popular Web sites such as ZD Net, and vertical specialty publications such as Cadalyst and Computer Graphics World.
